What is STUDIO WORKS?

We’re starting a new experiment at TIAT, this time exploring artist studios. Together with DFOS and Metalabel, we’re bringing together a cohort (including you?) to ask: can we build practices around making things people want?

Over eight weeks, we’ll develop an artifact rooted in our individual creative practices, moving through desire, concepting, prototyping, production, distribution, and sales while learning from artist-led studios and building alongside one another. At the end, we’ll release what we made together.

• For: Artists, designers + creative technologists in the Bay Area

• When: Monday evenings, Sept 21–Nov 14

• Where: TIAT, 151 Powell St, San Francisco

• Outcome: Develop, produce + release one artifact

• Commitment: Attend the full 8-week program

• RSVP: https://tiat.dfos.com/
